Shipping & Returns

If you are not completely satisfied or if there is a difference with your order , please retain all documentation and packaging and contact us immediately by sending an e- mail or in online. We will then provide you with further instructions. We only allow a complete refund for items that have problems caused by us.

At this time, we are unable to process exchanges or replacements for international orders. If you wish to make an exchange or need a replacement, you must return the original item back to us and place a new order for a replacement item. Please click here to contact us. Upon contacting us, we will provide you with a Commercial Invoice and further return instructions. Print out the documentation provided. Place all items being returned in one parcel. Attach the commercial invoice in a plastic document sleeve on the outside of our return package. 

Cancellation of an order before the order has been dispatched, will incur cancellation fee, We process all orders as quickly as possible, so we are not always able to cancel an order after it is placed. Cancellation requests after the order has been dispatched will be treated in accordance with our Return policy.
